In case of any long absence from school is mandatory for the parent to submit a medical certificate. You may also be advised not to keep your child away from school for minor reasons. Students suffering from contagious diseases will require to submit a fitness certificate form a competent authority students are expected to be punctual and regular to school and will not be allowed to leave school except with the permission of the principal of th principal and only under emergency conditions. </div> </div> </div> <div class="accordion-group"> <div class="accordion-heading"> <span style="font-family: serif;"><a class="accordion-toggle collapsed" data-toggle="collapse" data-parent="#accordion" href="#collapseTwo" aria-expanded="false"> Behavior </a> </span></div> <div id="collapseTwo" class="accordion-body collapse" style="height: 0px;" aria-expanded="false"> <div class="accordion-inner"> Every Students is expected to behave in a civilized manner. They are also advised not to approach the principal for any relaxation in this regard. Parents are requested to co operate with the school authorities, to ensure that their ward comes well equipped to prevent loss of time in commencing studies. Prop to the end of each academic session parents will be informed well in advance about the availability of the book/ stationery. </span></div> </div> </div> <div class="accordion-group"> <div class="accordion-heading"> <span style="font-family: serif;"><a class="accordion-toggle" data-toggle="collapse" data-parent="#accordion" href="#collapseFive" aria-expanded="true"> Working days and Holidays </a> </span></div> <div id="collapseFive" class="accordion-body collapse in" aria-expanded="true"> <div class="accordion-inner"><span style="font-family: serif;"> A school calendar year will consist of 215 academic days which are scheduled for teaching revision evaluation and various planned school activities. second Saturdays of each month will be a holiday for the school. parents will be updated about holidays vied notices/ circulars from time to time. </span></div> </div> </div> <div class="accordion-group"> <div class="accordion-heading"> <span style="font-family: serif;"><a class="accordion-toggle" data-toggle="collapse" data-parent="#accordion" href="#collapseSix" aria-expanded="true"> Evaluation and promotions </a> </span></div> <div id="collapseSix" class="accordion-body collapse in" aria-expanded="true"> <div class="accordion-inner"><span style="font-family: serif;"> The school academic year covers three terms beginning from April to march. promotions to the next class marks obtained through the three terms will be consolidated and taken into consideration. </span></div> </div> </div> <div class="accordion-group"> <div class="accordion-heading"> <span style="font-family: serif;"><a class="accordion-toggle" data-toggle="collapse" data-parent="#accordion" href="#collapseSeven" aria-expanded="true"> Fee Rules </a> </span></div> <div id="collapseSeven" class="accordion-body collapse in" aria-expanded="true"> <div class="accordion-inner"><span style="font-family: serif;"> The school fees are to be paid quarterly- i.e.before the 10th of April, July, October and January video advance post dated cheques at the commencement of each academic year i.e. April or at the time it admission(in the case of mid-ter, entry to school).Parents are advised to ensure timely payment of fees to avoid any embarrassment. students will not be allowed to appear at the final examination till all the dues are paid. No discussion will be entertained in this regard. <br>Caution Money n: It is a refundable fee subject to the following <br>a). The child must complete at least one academic year in the institution. <br>b). We advise parents to encourage their child to reading speaking and writing in English. this will help them to keep up with the medium of the institution as re enforcement and interaction of the language is important. Parent should not interfere with the school administration in any way however in case of any problem a direct discussion with the principal should be should be sought to reach an amicable understanding. </span></div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
